These terms cover your use of webwise.digital and any sites or services we deliver for you.

1. Who we are

WebWise is a small UK web studio operating from Croydon. Reach us at [email protected] with any questions about these terms.

2. What we promise

We agree the scope, fixed price, and timeline in writing before starting any build. We will deliver the agreed scope to a reasonable professional standard. If something goes wrong, we will work with you to put it right.

3. What you agree to

You confirm any content (text, images, brand assets) you provide to us is yours to use, or you have permission to use it. You agree to pay invoices within the agreed terms.

4. Ownership

Once your invoice is settled in full, the website code and design deliverables are yours. We retain the right to mention the project in our case-study work unless you ask us not to in writing.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or downtime caused by third-party hosts or services outside our control. Our total liability is capped at the value of the contract.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always at webwise.digital/legal/terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
